Your privacy matters — especially for an app about your phone habits. The short version: Slow Your Scroll keeps your personal data on your own device, not on our servers.
Your first name, the urges you log, your streak, your notes, and your settings are stored locally in your own device's browser storage. This information stays on your device. We do not collect it, transmit it, or have any access to it.
When you buy Slow Your Scroll, the purchase is handled by our third-party retailer and payment processor. They collect the information needed to complete your order (such as your name, email, and payment details) under their own privacy policies. We may receive your name and email in connection with your order so we can deliver the product and provide support.
If you email us for support, we use your email address only to respond to you and resolve your request. We do not sell or rent your email address.
The sales page may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit. The app itself does not require cookies to function and does not track you across other websites or apps.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to process your purchase and deliver the product (for example, the payment retailer and hosting provider).
Because your in-app data lives on your device, you can erase all of it at any time using the "Reset all my data" button inside the app, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Slow Your Scroll is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
